Streamlining Audience Management for SRO Audiences

SRO Audiences specialises in managing audiences for TV shows, handling ticket applications, distribution, and attendance tracking. They needed to build upon their previous developer’s work to ensure seamless ticketing and audience management from application to attendance.

What We Did

We took over development and made critical improvements to their FileMaker solution:

  • Improved efficiency by automating a number of manual steps.
  • Enabled the system to generate and send tickets via email, complete with unique QR codes for each attendee.
  • Developed an iPhone app that scans QR codes upon arrival, recording attendance directly into the system for real-time tracking.
