Willer work with interior designers to help source ceramics, tableware, furniture, glass, metals, textiles, etc.

The solution holds details of the products they sell along with customers, quotes, orders and invoices. It helps them keep track of each order as it progresses from the initial quote through sourcing and purchasing the products to invoicing and delivering the goods.

We were originally hired to develop a new image library system for them.  They already had a FileMaker solution managing the products, customers and orders but wanted an image library that let them tag images with different keywords such as the manufacturer, colour, material, style, etc. When interior designers approach them with a brief, they now use this image library to showcase items which may match their requirements.

Once the image library was competed we were asked to take over the main product database where they were experiencing a number of difficulties. We were able to address all the issues and got them to the stage where the system worked as they wanted to without the constant need for expensive remedial work.  We have since helped add new features as the business needs have evolved.
