Cyan is a leading producer of high quality teak garden and leisure furniture. They have their own manufacturing plant in Indonesia and sell to both retail and trade customers.

The solution encompasses contact management, orders, delivery notes, picking lists, stock control, invoicing and more. We built interfaces to integrate with their e-commerce site, amazon orders and Sage accounting system. Comprehensive reports let them analyse their business, for example, which products are their best sellers.

At any moment in time their team can see, for any product, how many orders they have, how many are in stock, how many are being manufactured at their plant in Indonesia and how many are on the high seas. The system is also used to build efficient delivery runs for their fleet of delivery vans.
